What are we to make of this?

This caught my eye for several reasons. I always look at things like this as some kind of measure of the zeitgeist, if you will, and this seemed at once out of the ordinary and depressingly business-as-usual.
Unusual: Three of the four people featured are women. Although social work is unarguably a stereotypically female career, I’m torn as to whether I think so about psychology and graphic design. I didn’t realize graphic design was so amazingly female-dominated until I started taking classes in it. The one career represented by a male, however–criminal investigator–I would say is a stereotypically male career.
Same-old same-old: All of these people are of european descent.
Even though the MRAs will take the 3:1 predominance of females in this ad as more evidence of the malevolent feminist takeover of the universe, I’d say we still have some work to do.
